Above Charges Include:

Car rental, fuel, total travel of  itinerary mentioned by guests (rates may vary depending on the itinerary).  driver (food + accommodation + Night charges).

Above Charges Exclude:

Toll , Car parking and AC usage charges are extra. AC charges are Rs. 500/day extra if required. AC is not available in Hatchback cars or Tavera car.

Driver timings till 8 PM; if used later than that its Rs. 150/hour over time paid to the driver.

Payment Terms

1. Advance Token Payment: 25% of total amount.

2. While on Tour: 50% of total amount

3. On Departure: 25% of remaining amount

Cancellation Policy

1. More than 7 Days before arrival Date: Complete Refund. This is processed in 15 days after your booking date.

2. Less Than 7 Days: We would adjust the token advance for any future bookings made made after 3 months of your current booking.

FAQS

Q1. How can I make the token payment?

Ans. We would email you our bank details (State Bank Of India – Kathgodam) or through credit/debit card or Paytm or UPI app (PhonePe or BHIM) where you can make token payment of 25% of the total amount.

Q2. I don’t want to make token payment; How can you confirm the booking?
Ans. We are sorry; we confirm the booking only when we have received token payment. If you would like to make booking without token payment then please call us when you reach station, if our cabs are available we would align them.

Q3. How safe are your cars and drivers?
Ans. We pride in providing hassle free experience to our guests. All our cabs are in great condition while drivers are local (having local knowledge of the tourist places) well behaved and professional (Each driver has been background verified).

Q4. Could you provide references as I need to be certain that I am booking with the right team?
Ans. Please email us booking details along with the place you are from. We are confident that we would have atleast 5 references from your city or state.

Q5. Can you send us car and driver images?
Ans. We provide car and driver details a day prior to your arrival date via SMS on your mobile. Hence, we do not know which car would be allotted to you. Therefore, we cannot send the exact car and driver images. Once again, rest assured; you won’t be disappointed.
